I was trolling your site to see if you had any new rivolis and got really excited when I saw all the new colours, they are amazing. Wished I could have bought all the colours so expect to see me back again soon.

Good morning, I received my order yesterday afternoon - Thank You! I just love the Swarovski Rivoli's and the 15/0 seed beads are just gorgeous too. Just wondering if you will be getting more Rivoli's in stock as I'd like to get some different colours if possible. I would prefer 16mm or 18mm. You have a great website with fabulous products that I've been searching for in Australia for some time. I am thrilled at the range of 15/0 seed beads you have, and will be gradually adding to the ones I just received with more orders in the near future. Best regards and Happy Beading

This afternoon, I have received my order from you, which was quite a surprise, as the mail to our place is usually a day slower than elsewhere. Perhaps it was the fact that you registered it. Whatever, I am delighted to receive my special package so promptly. Your handling of my order (despite my several additions) went so smoothly (except for the wayward teller) that I will certainly have no hesitation in ordering from you in the future.
The beads are indeed beautiful with the luminous colours; the little tri-trays so easy to use (yes I've already tried them); beading mat does exactly what it should & the storage box will give me endless hours of pleasure in filling it with my accumulated beads. Already decided one of the longer boxes inside is just right for the needles. Do you also sell (can't remember seeing them on the site) the split type of needle?? Think they are also usually size 10. I have a couple at the moment, but fear they will eventually break & I will need to replace them.
Thank you, again, for fulfilling my order so professionally & you can imagine me this weekend "playing" with my new toys & then eventually actually doing some beading!!!!

Was looking for a place in Australia that sold mesh ribbon for jewellery making. Eventually worked out that I needed to type in tubular wire mesh ribbon to locate a site.
Yours was the first site I found after looking for 15mins that was easy to negotiate and had the item/s I wanted.
I love the great selection of clasps and so on you have on your site.

The reason behind this is I was so excited to discover your site - I had been trawling around the internet for days & days looking for someone who sold size 15/0 seed beads. When at last I came across your wonderful site, I had just about given up ever finding them. I had also been looking for organisers, mats etc. & there they all were on your site. Of course, I rushed in & ordered before I actually thought it all out as to exactly what I required. Do forgive me - but I am ecstatic that your site has all my requirements for now & also in the future.
I am also very impressed that you have attended to my orders even over a holiday long weekend.
