How to place your order with Cranberry.
Payment methods available.
The following payment methods are available
- Bank Transfer/Direct deposit
- Cash, only to be used with pick up shipping option by prior arrangement
Postage Costs
Postage costs are now linked directly to the Australia Post server and calculated using up to date rates based on weight of the product. Within Australia the weight categories are under 125g, 126g to 250g, 251g to 500g, 501g to 1Kg, then each Kg after that. .
During checkout the postage options will display the estimated weight of your parcel and the postage charge.
Plese note in the event the Australis Post server is down, you may get an error message, please contact us and we will activate the old system based on cost of order as a temporary measure.
International postage is also calculated on weight, but there is no lower 125g category.
How to order.
Browse through our bead selection and add items to your shopping cart. From your shopping cart you can update quantities, or remove items. When you have completed your shopping, proceed to the checkout. If at this stage you have not created an account, you will be able to, whilst maintaining your shopping cart contents.
Create an Account.
You need to create an account to be able to complete an order. We hold only minimal information about you to process your order and verify your details. Please see our privacy notice for further details. The benefits of having the account facility is that your shopping cart contents remain as you left them on a previous visit..
Checkout Process.
There are three stages to the checkout process.
Delivery Information.
- confirm delivery address.
- summary of postage costs.
- comments section.
Payment Information
- confirm billing address.
- comments section.
Confirmation.
- Summary of order, products ordered and total cost.
- Payment information for Bank Transfer - BSB and account number information will be displayed with instructions and on confirmation email.
- Payment information for Paypal and Paymate will inform you of the website to go to.
Clicking Confirm order will send the order to Cranberry for processing, you must ensure you complete this step, or we will not receive details of your order.
An email will be sent confirming receipt of you order. If you do not receive an email within an hour please notify us using the contact us page.
