Shipping & Returns SHIPPING Most items ship within 1-7 Business days after funds are cleared. Shipping costs are displayed on the first page of the checkout process. CANCELLATION All cancellations must be approved by Cranberry, and are only possible if the order has not been shipped. Cancellations may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee to cover costs. FAULTY GOODS If the product is faulty, please notify our us via the contact us form as soon as possible and within 14 days of receipt. Please quote date of purchase, and product details. We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you. We reserve the right to inspect products for damage or wear before a replacement/refund is processed.
