Welcome to Cranberry, I'm Joanne Ivy.
After many years working from the home studio, we have now moved to a shop in Mentone, come visit us at 104 Charman Rd, Mentone, 3194, Vic. Check the contact link for opening hours as we are not open every day.
We are the premier bead store in Melboure for seed beads. Nothing beats our range.
I help creative women(and a few men) easily discover the perfect beads and supplies that inspire them to create beautiful beaded jewellery through my shop, website and workshops.
I have a long love of beads, an obsession really. I'm passionate about all forms of beads and beading, but especially working with seed beads. The knowledge of beads and beading I have accumulated over the years helps serve you on your beading journey. I freely share information about beading techniques and beads to help you create anything your imagination can dream of.
Cranberry was born in 2004 when members of The Bead Society of Victoria(BSV) wanted to buy the beads that I had. Over time I realised there was a real demand and eventually set up a website. I have been a constant attendee at the BSV ever since.
The range of Japanese seed beads is constantly growing, I love to introduce new colours, finishes, shapes and sizes. Because I love beads just as much as you do I understand what products you want and strive to get them to you as fast as possible.
I held the role of President of the Bead Society of Victoria from 2006-2012, and continued to run special events for the BSV until 2015.
